3. Services
3.1 Scope: We provide bookkeeping support and specialized tools tailored to businesses in Switzerland. Services include data entry assistance, record maintenance, and reporting templates.
3.2 Fees and Payment: Service fees are due prior to commencement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made via the method specified in your order confirmation.
3.3 Scheduling and Rescheduling: Appointments may be booked through our site. You may request a reschedule up to 48 hours before the session without penalty. Reschedule requests made later may incur an administrative fee.
4. Digital Products
4.1 Scope: We offer digital guides, templates, and training materials for immediate download.
4.2 Delivery: Access links are provided upon confirmation of full payment.
4.3 Non-returnable: Due to their nature, digital products are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or transferred once delivered.
5. Physical Goods
5.1 Scope: Tangible items such as printed manuals or branded stationery.
5.2 Delivery: Goods are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times vary based on location.
5.3 Returns: You may return goods within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
6. Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. Refunds and credits vary by offering type:
- Services: You may cancel up to 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full credit toward future services. No cash refunds are issued once a session has begun. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost. Credits must be used within six months of issuance.
- Digital Products: All digital offerings are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available once access has been granted.
- Physical Goods: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds are processed via the original payment route or by bank transfer if that method is unavailable. Please allow up to 14 days for credits or transfers to appear in your account.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Geneva.
